Funny Or Die just can’t help themselves sometimes.
Earlier this week we posted a video of a woman walking around NYC for 10 hours. The Hollamovement video targets street harassment, as the woman endures a variety of comments and catcalls.
What better way for Funny Or Die to shed light on street harassment than a parody to share with their fan base? (Sigh)
I must admit, they nailed this one to the fullest. Funny Or Die re-creates the whole thing with a man. During the day he gets offered Starbucks, free Chipotle and has to endure high fives for five minutes straight.
Some of the comments thrown at him were:
“Hey, you look really desirable, but I’m going to respect your privacy,” and “Hey Harvard, wanna network?
Funny of Die finish it off with a final screen that states:
“100 plus instances of verbal street privilege took place within 10 hours. This doesn’t include the countless Bud Light Limes, fist bumps and small business loans that were offered.”
They killed me with the small business loans line. Catch the parody below:
